As an Associate in the Academy for People & Culture, you’ll have immediate participation as a functioning team member while progressing through four rotations in different focus areas, such as:
Support the delivery of SAP's people strategy and HR programs across different countries, ensuring initiatives reach employees consistently and effectively.
Help maintain consistent and fair employee relations at SAP, working through workplace issues and supporting sound labor practices across the organization.
Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational design, helping SAP build the foundations for a healthy, future-ready workforce.
Work on the compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract, engage, and retain people at SAP.
Support performance management, leadership development, and learning programs, contributing to a skills-based approach to talent and culture at SAP.
