The STAR Program offers you the opportunity to seamlessly combine theory and practice. Every year, over 200 apprentices, bachelor's, and master's students in Germany begin their successful journey in the software industry.
A non-German-speaking student in Germany? The New Study Computer Science (B.Sc.) program lets you earn your degree while gaining real hands-on experience, combining virtual studies at DHBW Mosbach with practical training at SAP in Walldorf, where you'll apply a broad range of programming languages to real-world problems.

You will be set you up for success during an intense 4-6 weeks onboarding program. But you are not alone in this – your trainer and an extensive international community of like-minded people will help you thrive.

All available positions for the study start in March 2026 have been filled. The next application period begins in October 2026.
The TU Munich program is open to students enrolled at TU Munich's Garching campus. You'll work primarily at SAP's Munich office, with the option to join teams at other SAP locations as a virtual team member.
Rotations are available across development, innovation, R&D, and consulting departments. You'll work on future-focused topics including commerce, digital supply chain, mobile development, and artificial intelligence, in line with your field of study and career interests.
Working hours average 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust around your academic schedule in alignment with your department.
Your start date is March 1. You'll receive a fixed monthly salary plus SAP benefits including free lunch and a laptop.
