STAR Ireland Program Details

The STAR program is a paid, multi-year internship designed for university students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and build a pathway to a full-time career at SAP.

You will:

Work in a paid role while completing your university degree
Rotate across SAP teams and get exposure to different functions, tools, and ways of working
Put your studies into practice by contributing to real projects alongside experienced professionals
Build professional skills including communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
Learn from colleagues who are experts in their fields, through mentoring and day-to-day collaboration
Connect with a global network of STAR students and SAP professionals
Be considered for internships, graduate programs, or entry-level roles once your studies are complete

How to apply

Application

Applications open in December each year and close in February. Submit your application through the SAP Careers site when applications are open.

Assessment and interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete assessments and interviews. Your recruiter will let you know what to expect at each stage.

Offer

Successful candidates will receive an offer. Your recruiter will work through all the details with you, including your start date and what to expect during onboarding.
