The STAR Program is designed to help students build a strong foundation for their future careers. Depending on the role, participants may engage in role-specific learning, practical experience, or both, gaining valuable skills and insights that support their professional growth. The program also provides opportunities to explore potential full-time career paths at SAP Japan after graduation.
We understand that academic commitments come first. The STAR Program is designed with flexibility in mind, enabling students to balance their studies and internship responsibilities effectively. By combining academic learning with real-world experience, participants can continue to excel in their studies while developing professionally.
As a STAR participant, you will have opportunities to connect with fellow students, SAP professionals, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. By exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and learning from a global community, you can broaden your perspective, expand your professional network, and gain exposure to an international working environment.
The STAR program is a paid, multi-year internship designed for university students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and build a pathway to a full-time career at SAP.
Applications for STAR Japan open April – May annually.
