“I started as an intern at SAP Colombia when I did not even know what SAP was! I was finishing university, and I was interested in technology. My father, who worked in the same building, suggested I check out SAP, and that is how it all began. My manager put me in front of customers instead of giving me typical intern tasks. ‘Come on, you can do it,’ she would say.
At 30, I became a people manager despite feeling unprepared. A leader taught me: ‘When someone sees potential in you, trust them, not your self-doubt.’ Embracing change and saying ‘yes’ before feeling ready has defined my career through four countries over 15 years. "My journey with SAP continues to evolve with my new role leading Solution Advisory for Supply Chain Management across the Americas. In this position, I get to apply my passion for solving customer challenges, helping companies transform how they source, make, and deliver products in an increasingly complex global landscape.
Previously, as Head of Customer Advisory for Latin America and the Caribbean, I led over 350 talented people that guided customers through their entire value journey. We translated customer objectives, pain points, and transformation ideas into reality with SAP solutions.
Across six specialized teams, we delivered expertise and insights to our customers, from our Innovation team creating AI use cases through customer tournaments to our Industry Advisors consulting with C-level executives on transformation trends.
