What excites me most is turning something that ‘was always broken’ and ‘had to be done the old way’ into a new, well-oiled machine. We build seamless deal processing, from quote through contract to signature.
The impact of this work is beautifully demonstrated in our Top 1000 Customers project, part of the Next Generation Cloud Selling initiative. We automated the reuse of pre-approved non-standard terms for our most complex customers, who are responsible for 80% of all exception approvals in our quoting process.
The system now delivers customer data automatically into quotes, saving hundreds of approval workflows with a single click and clearing the path to immediate deal signatures. This program earned the Transform the Business Award and High-Value Business Impact Award and has saved the company over EUR40 million to date."
