“From my early school days, I've always been curious about how things work. This curiosity led me to study both business and computer science. I didn't pursue two degrees just to work hard, I truly wanted to learn more about different fields.
When I was studying business, I became very interested in technology. Instead of choosing between them, I decided to learn both. Now at SAP, this mix of skills helps me in my daily work.
In my role as a Developer in SAP's Sustainability unit, I can understand both the technical side and business needs. This helps me create better solutions. Our team in Vietnam creates tools that help companies track and reduce their environmental impact. We build systems that let businesses measure things like carbon emissions and make sure they follow environmental rules. It feels good to know my work helps create a more sustainable future.”

“Before joining SAP, I spent much of my time at university giving career advice to younger students. My advice was simple: try new things, then think about what you learned. I encouraged students to explore opportunities but also take time to reflect on whether they enjoyed the experience. This helps them find direction without feeling lost.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Many young people worry about looking like they don't know enough. But I learned that managers expect questions and want you to speak up when you need help.
The best career advice I ever received was about making your work visible. At my first job, my manager taught me that it's not enough to work hard. You also need to communicate what you've accomplished. Even if you work for ten hours, if no one sees your contribution, it's the same as if you only worked for one hour.”
